Return & Refund Policy

At Softnesco, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Perishable goods

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@softnesco.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@softnesco.com.
