1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. This discount is automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code needed!

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website or through our order tracking page.

If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@softnesco.com.

5. International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

6. Shipping Carriers

The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method selected.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@softnesco.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

8. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can only update addresses before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, we are unable to redirect packages.
