Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it at support@softnesco.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may initiate a return after receiving the item (see our Return & Refund Policy).

5. Order Changes

If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., address, item, quantity), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee modifications once fulfillment has begun.

6. Out-of-Stock Items

In the rare event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you promptly via email. You will have the option to:

  • Choose an alternative product
  • Receive a full refund

7. Fraud Prevention
